Meredith Little, M.A.

Licensed Professional Counselor

Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina. She graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Psychology and continued her education at Wheaton College where she graduated with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Meredith has worked in a variety of settings, including county jail and mental hospitals but has worked in Private Practice in the Charleston area since 2012.

Meredith has received advance training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. She enjoys working with individuals, couples and families, and is passionate about helping people find healing within the relationships in their lives.

Meredith has made Charleston her home and enjoys painting, walking, going to coffee shops and enjoying the diverse life in the city.  She strongly believes that every person has a story and desires to offer the place for that story to be told. She is passionate about building a relationship where people feel safe to entrust to her the most vulnerable and broken pieces of their story. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help but Meredith's hope is that the therapeutic relationship and environment would be a place that is healing and restorative.
